We are currently looking for a **Office 365 Support Analyst**

**What you´ll do**
You will work in the communication and messaging area, supporting Office 365 users globally for one of our clients.

**What do we value?**
People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Installing programs on different devices
- Remote work with Microsoft Teams, modules and tools.
- Use of ticketing and internal tools.

**Must Have Skills**:
At least 3 years of experience in support and use of ticketing systems.
Familiarity with O365 Environment
Customer service experience with installs/ uninstalls
Support Desktop Operating Systems (e.g. Vista, Windows 7\8\10, MAC OS)
Language Skills: Advanced English
