The **Virtual Assistant - B2B Social Media Engagement** and **Client Support Specialist** will be responsible for driving targeted engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram with prospective clients, focusing on midsized companies.
This role includes using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** and **Apollo** for outreach, interacting with key decision-makers, and providing light project management and customer service support during client follow-up and onboarding calls.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Engagement**:
- Identify and engage with potential B2B clients on LinkedIn and Instagram using targeted messaging.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to find and connect with decision-makers in companies with revenues of $3,000,000 to $50,000,000.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract and convert prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
**2. Client Interaction**:
- Conduct follow-up calls and onboarding calls with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal team to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
**3. Project Management**:
- Assist in managing small projects related to client campaigns and internal processes.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with and interact with high-level decision-makers.
- Experience in customer service and basic project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar environment.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and client management software. We use GoHighLevel. I need help with sequencing / importing lead lists / lost leads / reactivations.
- Knowledge of how to use Canva for case studies / content creation a plus.
- We use Gsuite and Google Spaces for internal team communication, we use Slack for our fulfillment partner, and we use both Zoom & Google Meets for meetings.Working Conditions:
- This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup or office setting preferred.
