**Responsabilidades del puesto**:
Estamos buscando un/a _Business Development Manager_ para crear crecimiento de ingresos en Argentina. Este será un nuevo miembro en el equipo actual. Por lo tanto, buscamos a una persona ambiciosa y orientada a resultados que quiera ser parte de una empresa en rápido crecimiento.

Este rol será responsable de generar nuevos ingresos directamente desde marcas y agencias de medios.

**Experiência y Requisitos**
- +4 años en ventas de publicidad digital
- Excelentes relaciones con compradores digitales (marcas y agencias de medios)
- Capacidad para construir rápidamente relaciones nuevas y rentables
- Especialista en nuevos negocios - perfil "hunter"
- Autónomo/a, resiliente y proactivo/a
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación - tanto verbales como escritas
- Orientado/a a resultados
- Receptivo/a a feedback
- Preferible experiência en startups o empresas en fase de expansión
