Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic and expanding passenger transportation company? We are currently seeking skilled bilingual executive agents (fluent in Spanish and English) to provide exceptional remote customer service through both phone and written communication channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers by addressing inquiries and concerns related to our services.
- Facilitate sales transactions and efficiently manage reservations.
- Skillfully handle customer complaints, ensuring effective recording.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English at an advanced level (C1 or C2).
- Previous experience in roles such as Call Centers, customer service, or administration.
- Possess an outgoing, assertive, and extroverted personality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient in computer operations and adept at navigating online platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for familiarity with Salesforce (though not mandatory).
Essential Technical Requirements:
- A computer (PC/Notebook) with a minimum of 8GB RAM (preferably 16GB).
- Stable internet connection delivering at least 10 Mbps download speed.
- Headphones equipped with a microphone for clear communication.
Work Schedule:
Flexibility to work 4 to 6-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
