**About the Role**
We are looking for a **B2B Digital Marketing Specialist **to be part of a team that, through a deep understanding of the consumer and our target market, implements our digital marketing strategy. Using a data-oriented approach, execute highly effective marketing plans to increase the number of high-quality leads, achieve profit, and maximize the brand’s long-term potential.
**Responsibilities**
- Understand the ICP for the company and how our brand is currently positioned in the market to implement a research-based digital marketing strategy.
- Deliver insights that drive an informed digital marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend analysis.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and client engagement.
- Identify trends and insights, and propose optimization of spend and performance based on the insights.
- Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Execute landing pages optimization for user experience and conversion.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI, prepare accurate reports, and provide feedback on these results to stakeholders.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent analytical, data-driven, and project management skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing specialist position.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in online advertising.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and goal-oriented strategic thinker
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English level.
- Deep understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work and proven experience in implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Experience in B2B service marketing.
- Experience with Divi Builder for WordPress
