**Aon are currently recruiting a Business Excellence Analyst to join our team in Reinsurance Argentina.**

**What the day will look like**
- Provide support to the Business Excellence Manager in the coordination, preparation, and implementation of strategic initiatives in the region.
- Manages cross-functional projects to drive improvement in process metrics, specific benefits, and achieve business goals.
- Analyze end-to-end processes and related data to identify improvements, contributing to the transformation of processes and increase team productivity.
- Help track the status of projects and provide detailed data on each project and its milestones
- Contribute to the assembly of communications related to projects, presentations of events / trainings and coordination of meetings.
- Perform impact analysis of possible changes, maintaining an end-to-end view of flows and processes.
- Perform analysis of key indicators of the region.
- Ability to interact and interact with the teams of the different areas.
- Ensure proper documentation of key processes
- Participate actively and proactively in training to become knowledgeable about the areas that impact the processes of the region

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- University Education: Administration, Finance, Marketing or similar
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in areas of business excellence, project management, customer experience
- High level of knowledge in project management and its different methodologies
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
- High level of English (oral and written)
