**Who Are We?**
eConsultify is a rapidly growing startup focused on B2B marketing and sales for recruiting & staffing companies. We operate as a long-term partner for recruiting companies, delivering higher profits and stable revenue growth over time.
**What Will Your Workday Look Like?**
You will act as a consultant, leading conversations without sales pressure. From these communications and calls, you will create brief summaries and arrange follow-up calls with qualified contacts, which will then be handled by another team member.
On top of this, you will also double as an inbox manager. You must do the following:
Weekly data gathering for campaign performance (An understanding of Make automations would be useful)
- Taking necessary action to de-blacklist domains that get affected
- Lead scraping from predetermined target ICPs using Apollo, LI sales nav, and other sources
- Hyper targeted lead list building for very specific job titles
- Lead list validation and formatting via million-verifier and google sheets
- Uploading fresh leads to campaigns via Instantly weekly
- Launching new campaigns on Instantly weekly
With some occasional tasks that may be asked of you to include:
- Video transcription or swipes
- Content research
- General tasks
**What Is the Work Schedule?**
100% Remote. You will work full-time from home. It is possible to start part-time with the expectation of transitioning to full-time later.
**What Skills Do You Need?**
You must be excellent at speaking, writing, and actively listening. The ability to think on your feet and navigate conversations about potential clients' businesses is essential.
We will teach you all the tactics, methods, and communication mechanisms and help you improve them.
Regarding technology skills on cold outbound marketing, you must be fluent in all of those already. I will expect you to already know how to do every single thing listed in the bullet points in the previous section.
You must be extremely fluent in English. Native level of written and spoken english fluency required.
**Is Experience or Specific Education Required?**
It 100% depends on your abilities. Experience in sales and communication will be extremely beneficial. However, if you have worked in other positions involving B2B communication, you also have the prerequisites for this position. Experience in our specific market segment is not required, however it is appreciated.
What is crucial for us is absolute reliability, results orientation, and a desire for continuous improvement.
You must be:
- Extremely organised. Keeping things in check is going to be needed.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of Lead Gen platforms and processes and how to use it.
- Willing to learn and expand your skills and knowledge
- Always reliable and punctual

**What Can You Expect?**
Financial compensation based on your results ($1200 USD - $2000 USD per month).
We will discuss a commission structure for this as well when the time comes.
