**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a BDR, you'll report to the Global Sales Director or team manager while working closely with your peers and cross-functional stakeholders. Process, efficiency, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Proactively build a pipeline for our sales reps to close.
- You will be prospecting within medium-sized companies located in North America (USA & Canada).
- Consistently deliver on SQL targets by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound sales activities within your target geographies and ideal customer profiles.
- Leverage our tech stack (ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Salesforce) to reach prospects.
- Make a minimum of 80 phone calls per day.
- Schedule 10-20 per month.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- Fluent English communication is a must.
- Perfect written Business English is critical.
- Min 3 years as a BDR/SDR in B2B.
- Min 1 year exceeding targets.
- A people-first and growth mindset.
