We are looking for a **Solutions Architect** to join our team

Globallogic’s customer is the largest retail pharmacy, health and daily living destination across the USA and Europe. It is a global leader in pharmacy-led, health and wellbeing retail and, together with the companies in which it has equity method investments, has over 13,200 stores in 11 countries as well as one of the largest global pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution networks, with over 390 distribution centers delivering to more than 230,000 pharmacies, doctors, health centers and hospitals each year in more than 20 countries.

GlobalLogic is looking for a new talent to join our rapidly growing team established for worldwide retail pharmacy company. Our teams are co-located with customer in Deerfield, IL. We deliver various services in this strategic partnership to build new pharmacy platform: Product architecture and development, Integration, DevOps, User Experience and Design, Agile coaching.

**Requirements**:

- Create, Maintain, and share product architecture diagrams, decision logs, and other documentation
- Be the face of architecture within the product team - Assist with the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap
- Create NFR’s as they relate to their product
- Work across product teams to ensure their product deliverables fit into the broader solution
- Responsible for the overall outcome of their product - Documents key technical and architecture dependencies within their product

**Responsibilities**:
This role has the following responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements a high-level solution specification
- Provide an overall description of the solution and architecture strategy.
- Identify new components, existing components, and changes to existing components and their interrelationships required to create the solution
- Describe implications for infrastructure, integration, data, and non-functional requirements (e.g., security, performance)
- Leads the daily work of the project team responsible for writing code and scripts for desired functionality of web-based software, products and programs.
- May develop the technical “vision” and design specifications of assigned projects and may lead in implementation.
- Ensures that software and program defects in assigned projects or programs are tracked and summarizes and presents findings to management.
- Shares information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes. Interacts with internal and external peers and management to share highly complex information related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology / business solutions.
- Gathers and updates necessary information and communicates to appropriate parties.
- Participates in the development of technical/business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools.
- Mentors less experienced members of the team.
