**About the role**:
Noves is looking for a.NET Software Architect to join its fast-growing blockchain engineering team. We build complex systems that deal with raw blockchain data, and we have an opening for someone who’ll be responsible for setting the technical vision in both internal and external facing services.

You’re someone who can work with teams. You’re an ideas person, but you also know how to convert those ideas into working code. In essence, you are a strong engineer who collaborates with others including developers, product owners, and executives. You’re able to work with high levels of autonomy, and you can both set the vision and oversee the execution of production-ready products, while ensuring we stay lean and efficient.

**What you’ll do as a Software Architect**:

- Create and brainstorm ideas, processes, and design patterns.
- Collaborate closely with executives in setting the technical vision for an effective and efficient delivery of our core products.
- Write production-ready code and be directly involved in the implementation of the systems you design.
- Train, mentor, and work closely with our developers.
- Document all architecture design.
- Be a business-minded technologist Use your knowledge and expertise in systems thinking, microservices, APIs, DevOps, Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Azure) to advance our product goals.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support in the deployment of complex systems.

**You have the following core technical competencies**:

- C# /.NET
- NoSQL databases (CosmosDB experience a strong plus)
- Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Docker
- Cloud-native solutions for caching, queue management, message brokering, and serverless compute

**Preferably, you're also comfortable with the "infra" side of DevOps. Namely**:

- CI/CD pipelines
- Kubernetes
- Nginx / HAProxy
- Linux / bash

**Also preferably, you're familiarized or have core competencies in any of the following**:

- JS/TS/React
- Python
- Go

**In your day-to-day, you are**:

- Very comfortable with diagramming infrastructure, data flows, etc as needed
- Able to design and implement functional and end-to-end testing
- Ability to quickly jump between different technologies and have a solid understanding of how to debug problems from the UI down to downstream systems/services

Above all, we're looking for team members who share our passion for blockchain technology. If you don't have prior Web3 experience, make sure to do some research prior to being interviewed.
