Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para desarrollarse como **Market Manager**.

**Serás responsable por**:

- Liderar el equipo conformado por ejecutivos de cuentas.
- Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial
- Evaluar la performance de resultados y su impacto en el negocio.
- Start up de proyectos y su roll-out con los equipos comerciales.
- Cumplir los objetivos trimestrales establecidos y supervisar la evolución y progreso de los mismos, así como el rendimiento de cada integrante del equipo.
- Realizar informes de ventas de cara al Market Manager.
- Mejorar el Revenue de hoteles y potenciarlos para generar mayores ventas en el site.
- Organizar de eventos como Workshops, Ferias de turismo y Cocktails.
- Elaborar informes de ventas de cara al Área Manager

**¿Qué valoramos?**:

- Profesional egresado de carreras universitarias como Turismo, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o afines.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Entre 2 a 3 años de experiência en roles similares y con manejo de equipos.
- Manejo de paquete de office especialmente Excel y Power Point avanzado (tablas dinámicas, formulas avanzadas, gráficación)
- Liderazgo de equipos (excluyente)
