**Mission**:
The mission of this position is to proactively promote the sale of service products, mainly spare parts, kits, packages and components by monitoring the use of our customers' equipment and achieving sustained sales growth.

**What are the main tasks and responsibilities of this job?**:

- Ensure that the engine hours of the entire fleet of active equipment in the market is updated monthly in the FleetSync system.
- Generate spare parts sales statistics by equipment and by engine hour
- Component sales statistics by fleet
- Fleet analysis for anticipate consumption and replacement of components.
- CES generation and follow-up
- Prepare spare parts list for consignment proposals
- Constant communication with factory specialists to respond to customers.
- Communication with the customer in conjunction with the sales force for parts recommendation, if necessary to make visits.
- Generate proposals for recommended spare parts for customer equipment according to engine hours.
- Inventory reduction proposals at OSMI through sales and/or service campaigns.
- Make inventory suggestions according to market demand

**Competences, skills and experiences required**:
Knowledge of production processes in the quarry, cement and mining markets.
Knowledge in heavy machinery, preferably used in quarries, cement plants, and mining.
Knowledge in service products and service contracts.
Knowledge of Epiroc drilling machines (not exclusive).
