This position provides decision support and analytics to key business partners to drive improved financial performance. This person will be involved in a variety of activities serving the interests of GBC&S. This will entail producing and analyzing Meetings monthly results, supporting planning & forecasting processes, preparing and processing journal entries as well as providing strategic analytics and decision support to further grow revenue, control cost and improve margins

Knowledge & Skills Required

This individual will be responsible for providing high-profile business analysis and financial decision support the Global Business Consulting and Solutions business described above. This will involve/require:

- Strong analysis skills, including data sourcing and the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Strong communication skills/ability to empathies with the market /product teams
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Continually assess processes to determine where improvements can be made
- Cvent experience
- Liaison with HQ Finance and Market Teams
- Cost benefit analysis and business case justification
- Target-setting and tracking against milestones
- Well-developed analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-starter with ability to drive results.
- Strong modeling skills, excel capabilities.
- Capable of providing thought leadership in respect of potential process improvement.
- Must be a team player, but have an ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Essential to forge strong relationships within the market finance teams
- Must be able to manage projects independently and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
