Colppy es un servicio para PYME y contadores a través de un sistema 100% online de gestión contable y administrativa a muy bajo costo. Estamos en constante crecimiento por lo que estamos buscando un **Accountant Executive **para sumar a nuestro equipo.

En este rol tus responsabilidades principales serán:

- Calificar prospectos y convertir a oportunidades de venta a través de llamadas telefónicas, mails y Whatsapp.
- Depurar los registros que no califican como prospectos y definir aquellos que considere aptos para avanzar a una demostración online de la plataforma o a la concreción de la venta.
- Revisión de los principales KPI de su actividad.
- Actualizar en el CRM la información obtenida en toda la gestión comercial con sus posibles clientes.

Como resultados principales esperamos:

- Motivar al prospecto a concretar la venta en el menor tiempo posible.
- Agendar demostraciones online y generar oportunidades de venta.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de tasa de contacto y conversión.
- Cumplir con el SLA establecido para tiempos y frecuencia de contacto.
- Conocer las funcionalidades de la plataforma de Colppy y mantenerse actualizado.
- Reportar novedades y sugerencias de mejora en los procesos.
- Predisposición de tiempo completo y orientación resultados.
- Que tengas buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Que tengas capacidad de negociación y análisis.
- Que te guste trabajar en equipo
- Que tu perfil sea dinámico, proactivo y expeditivo para la venta.
- Que seas perseverante y te adaptes a los cambios.
- Que tengas capacidad de planificación y organización.

Para considerar tu postulación tendremos en cuenta las siguientes características:

- Carreras afines: Contabilidad, Administración de empresas, economía, (deseable).
- Años de experiência: +1 año de experiência en roles de prospección, con clara vocación comercial para generar oportunidades.
- Experiência en el rol:

- Experiência en venta telefónica o venta de servicios.
- Experiência en trabajo por objetivos con compensación variable.
- Generación de leads desde 0 (contacto en frío y en caliente).
- Estudios complementarios: Conocimiento en sistemas y conceptos básicos contables/administrativos es muy deseable.
- Idiomas: Inglés (deseable).
