Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote (Global)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible US time zone)

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the books for our lending company and managing the financial processes of our diverse operations. You will oversee high transaction volumes and work to enhance and streamline financial processes and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with team members to improve financial controls and ensure precise monthly financial closing.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping for all transactions.
- Close books accurately each month and enhance financial reporting processes.
- Work with the team to identify and implement improvements in financial controls.
- Utilize a variety of software tools to maintain and improve financial operations.
Job Qualifications & Skill Sets:
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn Airtable, Xero, Zapier, and Buildium.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Medium written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 5 years in an accounting or financial role.

- Experience in working independently with a high degree of accountability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with global team members in English to ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings.
