**Regional Market Development Agronomist**

The main responsibility is to **transfer the technical value proposition **of our integrated solutions to the internal (sales, field marketing, customer marketing) and key external stakeholders (selected growers, dealers and agronomic influencers), **supporting the business needs**.

Being a **technical reference **and development a **relationship with the technical influencers **converting technical opportunities in farmer sustainability improvements and business growth according to marketing/sales priorities.

**Technical sponsor and support of our internal teams** in activities like market feedback to internal and strategic teams, product launches, technical training to the main business partners, selected growers technical assistance on regional projects, and technical support in claims (second order).

**Your mission will be to**:

- **Responsible for the transfer the technical value proposition **of our integrated solutions to the internal (sales, field marketing, customer marketing) and key external stakeholders (selected growers, dealers and agronomic influencers), supporting the business needs.
- **Lead and develop a strong relationship with key local stakeholders **(technical influencers) in other to generate a better understanding of the local agronomic system and technical opportunities to improve the local training plan according to marketing and sales priorities.
- Support marketing and sales team in order to **convert technical opportunities in a business growth**;
- Local support of new product & trait launching and business directions, from being recognized for **understanding the performance environment**, technical and commercial demands of the regional agronomic system. Diagnose the best practices and needs of our clients to anticipate market demands;
- Influence and have the ability to establish the relationship with 3rd parties to properly executed our training areas (Regional Learning Centers) and other external data generation trials.
- Implement the** local technical knowledge transfer plan **(field and / or classroom face-to-face events, tours, virtual events, digital tools, others), taking into account the seasonal business needs and strategic recommendation of KT LATAM, seeking efficiency in maximizing the use of the available resources (knowledge, time and financial);
- Responsible of the first Market Development contact of all technical and value proposal issues (claim) and opportunities about our business crops (corn, soy, cotton, sugarcane, fruits and vegetables, etc) and properly redirect the solution of each case.

**Unlock your potential**:

- Agronomist Bachelor’s degree or other correlated courses in Agriculture (Forestry, Agriculture Engineer etc.) or Biology with more than 3 years of experience in Agricultural Business.
- Specializations, Master or Doctorate will be considered, but not mandatory.
- Advanced Product, Portfolio & Agronomic Knowledge (soybeans, corn, cotton, crop protection and agronomic practices).
- Basic knowledge of Business Engagement Plans (Product Forecast, Generation Demand, P&L, GP, Budget)
- Knowledge and Management of Digital Tools / Analytics
- Intermediate Field Research skills (Data generation, protocol design, statistic)
- Basic English skills (Read)
