**Main Purpose**
- Provide strategic directions, leadership support for functions, lead all the operations of the site. Provides both operational and strategic collaboration to the satellite sites and fields in the region, supervise the administrative tasks and proposes new strategies, technological needs, methodologies, tools and innovative solutions.

**Your mission will be to**
- Direct, plan and coordinate all field operations and maintenance of the IH.
- Aling and support AOMs for the field test program in the IH and satellite sites, meeting the objectives of the agreed test plan to support the decision process of the product.
- Implement the IH strategic plan, guaranteeing the correct use of resources and proposing the necessary innovations to the sites (Capex & Opex).
- Lead and manage the operations and import processes of the samples, keeping the focus on meeting the sustainability objectives and meeting all the requirements to maintain the certifications and environmental licenses.
- Ensure the implementation of good agricultural practices (all required standards) at the field station.
- Ensure compliance with the QHSE Policy in all La Tupia activities, ensure compliance with the Corporate Compliance Policy - Delivery of Results: Contribute to finding a new opportunity for Bayer's CS portfolio in the market through the monitoring of any new trends in weed, disease and pest management.
- Monitor the timely report (Scout/Velocity, etc), of all the trials carried out by the FA in the sites, ensuring compliance with all previously defined quality standards.
- Drive increased use of digital tools in full alignment with Global FS Technologies team. Consolidate available information for strategic data analysis and for big data type analysis.
- Develop and execute a plan for the integration of multidisciplinary teams focused on operational effectiveness
- Make all crops available to the AF for installation, evaluation and reporting of all planned trials
Coordinate the delivery of all relevant technical data for each project, so that they can be used to demonstrate value propositions to our Clients or other stakeholders
- Prepare and develop talent and project the potential of the staff

**Unlock your potencial**
- Higher degree in Agronomy or related areas. MSc or PhD degrees are desirable.
- Experience leading and developing leaders formally and by influence; High skills in people management and people development
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong Cost Management and change management skills.
- Very strong in Customer Centricity, Relationships & Networks and agility.
