**Main Purpose**
- Develop Technical Value Proposition for CP portfolio for row crops (specially corn, cereals and soy) in the region and Technically lead the needs and gaps.

Develop a 3 year protocol plan to successfully launch and commercial defend the CP portfolio observing PortRes timelines.

**Your mission will be to**
- Accountable for building and updating a detailed Technical Value Proposition for CP portfolio considering multiple sources of data and info (e.g. Field Solution, Product Supply, Regulatory, technical influencers data) prior to commercial launching 2-3 years until the phase out.
- Accountable and responsible to define protocols, coordinate input needs, coordinate data summarization and provide training for protocol mastering execution by MD Field Team, Technical Influencers and Demand Generation Team.
- Drive technically the strategic pricing process for the specific asset with CP marketing team.
- Responsible to technically monitor the CP portfolio mapping gaps and needs to support regional and global marketing decision for branded and licensed businesses.
- Responsible to transfer detailed asset Technical Value Proposition to CP Marketing Team and MD agronomist & Knowledge Transfer to be used as guidance for technical commercial positioning.
- Lead by influence internal and external stakeholders to co create integrated CP solutions.
- Represent MD organization in forums and decisions about CPP (CP Project Launching), Stewardship plans and MD processes.
- Coordinate implementation of Asset Resistance Mgmt. plan in the region and be the 3rd layer attendance of technical claims.

**Unlock your potencial**
- Agronomist or co related degree, fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of agribusiness with experience in crop protection portfolio management and positioning
- Strong to manage data and digital platforms
- Demonstrated customer centricity
- Understanding of crop related political, economic, sciences & technologies and regulatory requirements
- Managing and collaborating in a matrix organization requiring experience interfacing with global organization
