Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para cubrir la posición de **Supervisor de CBC, Credit & Collections **dentro del Global Business Services de la compañía.

Quien tome la posición será responsable de proporcionar los servicios de back office de cuentas por pagar asegurando la integridad de la información mediante el registro y verificación de facturas, consolidación, reportes, controles, provisiones, help desk y auditoria de gastos.

**Lo que vas a hacer**:

- Participar del proyecto de migración de Credit & Collections;
- Convertirse en SME del proceso dentro de la compañía;
- Planificar y desarrollar sistemas y procedimientos para mejorar la calidad y eficiencia operativa del Equipo;
- Analizar y documentar procesos y problemas, desarrollando soluciones para mejorar la eficiencia;
- Responsable de detectar, analizar y escalar todos los procesos y tareas que no están funcionando correctamente o necesitan mejorarse;
- Ayudar al personal a resolver problemas operativos complejos o fuera de la política
- Programar y realizar reuniones intra e inter-equipo;
- Mantener un proceso fluido de comunicación con las partes interesadas locales, clientes internos y externos.
- Responsable de monitorear la efectividad de los controles incluidos en los procesos bajo su revisión (incluidos los controles Sox),
- Participar de los procesos de Testing Scripts,
- Entrenar al receiving team en sus procesos
- Trabajar con el Deployment Lead del proyecto y formar a futuros Deployment Leads.
- Principal y primer punto de contacto para los Team Leads.

**Requerimientos**:

- Graduado o estudiante de los últimos años de carreras de grado (Contador Público, Administración de Empresas o afines son deseables);
- 2 a 3 años de experiência previa en Credit & Collections
- Experiência liderando equipos y participando de proyectos;
- Conocimiento de SAP (Excluyente);
- Inglés Avanzado (Excluyente);
- Manejo de paquete de Microsoft;
- Experiência en mejora de procesos (deseable)
- Experiência en Shared Services será valorado.
