For an important United States alcoholic company, we are looking for a Social media manager to manage and improve the figures and visibility of the company. The work is full-time. Monday to Friday, and 100% remote working with the team that is located in USA.

**Main priorities**:
SOCIAL MEDIA
Increase followers on Instagram and LinkedIN. Continue growth on Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and Pinterest.

CONSUMERS
Strategic plans with detailed segmentation (detailed demographic and psychological profiles will be provided for each brand) and analysis in: Followers/Unfollow
Community creation/Commitment/Management and response to review: Impressions/Reach
Direct consumers to the website.

CUSTOMERS
Track the company's key customers/buyers and their social media activity to gain visibility into which pages they follow, who they target, and understand the engagement of their community and followers.
Increase visibility
Work symbiotically and collaboratively with Key Customers to support each other's objectives and create a win-win situation.

INFLUENCERS
Find and negotiate with Micro Influencers and mid-level Influencers who embody the brand's unique personalities.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

**Target consumers and brand assets**: Detailed information on the target consumer, brand assets, creativity and available content. Constant communication is essential.
Weekly ongoing meetings to ensure the partner is prepared to succeed and achieve their goals. Objective achievement and rigorous analysis.
Monthly goals set for KPIs while listening and learning from our audience
Improvement proposals and action plans to be evaluated by SEO.

**Requisitos**:
An expert in all elements of digital/social media marketing
Advanced level of English
Creative design capabilities
Content creation
In-depth experience using Google Analytics
Understanding of promotional restrictions on all social mediums
Experience with AI for digital/social media
3 years of experience in wine or FMCG social media management (Ideally)
