**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Understand, establish and formalize customer requirements.
- Model, classify, prioritize and validate customer requirements.
- Analyze, specify and verify the requirements of the client and/or users.
- Participate in Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings.
- Create tasks for the User Stories during the Sprint.
- Define the tests that are used to understand the fulfillment of the requirements in the deliverables.
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with customer expectations and project scope.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and take preventive actions.
- Detect, as far as possible, any omissions in the user order.
- Validate and obtain approval of the committed user definitions from the users involved.
- Generate and execute functional test cases based on the characteristics of the project and its team.
- Carry out the documentation of the requirement (PDD) and of the designed solution (SDD)
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimal knowledge of software engineering, preferably RPA.
- Knowledge of methodologies and quality models for the software industry.
- Knowledge of systems development methodologies (agile). Knowledge of Scrum/UML/TDD/ETC
- Knowledge of database query language.
- English

- Analytical capacity, initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Organizational capacity, attending to its own order that facilitates access to what it may need, as well as interest in measuring the performance of processes.
- Ability to work in a team with good management of interpersonal relationships, being willing to share information and knowledge and to take users into account.
- Active listening and assertive communication, with the ability to generate positive professional working relationships with the work team and clients.
- Negotiation skills, flexibility and proactivity.
