**Tareas, Funciones y Responsabilidades**:

- Velar por la continuidad operacional de las bases de datos.
- Mantención y respaldo de las bases de datos.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de programación interna que consumen la base de datos.
- Realizar el despliegue de cambios en las bases de datos.
- Resolver incidencias relacionadas a las bases de datos.
- Mantener los servidores y discos que tienen alojados motores de bases de datos.
- Instalar nuevos motores de bases de datos o complementos de estos.

**Skills Técnicos**:

- MySQL
- SQL Server
- Linux
- Windows

**Skills Soft**:

- Capacidad de independencia, ya que reportará de manera remota al Líder de BBDD.
- Capacidad analítica, iniciativa y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Escucha activa y comunicación asertiva.
- Flexibilidad y proactividad. Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Ser organizado y analítico, con atención al detalle.
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
