Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to coordinate construction submittals and request for information documentation within the modular scope.
- The successful candidate will ensure frequent progress communication with customers and work closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction submittals and RFIs within the modular scope.
- Ensure frequent progress communication with customers.
- Work closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals.
- Manage data related to project tasks, submittal approvals, RFI management, and day-to-day correspondence.
- Assist with material procurement, inventory, and confirmation of materials on hand prior to production according to approved submittals.
- Schedule, budget, and implement projects.
- Prepare schedules of values and project planning for approval by management.
- Manage change orders with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Complete required reports and assist with preparation of all Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, requisitions, proposals, etc.
- Attend weekly OAC coordination meetings/calls.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
