El objetivo del puesto **Customer Service & Logistics Analyst** es trabajar de forma colaborativa con el cliente a fin de que el mismo pueda tener inventarios saludables, alta disponibilidad en gondola y un alto nível de servicio, así como mantener una relación cercana con el cliente, y de esta manera impulsar la venta a través de las actividades colaborativas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar sugeridos de compra según disponibilidades de stock. Ingresando y emitiendo órdenes de compra desde el sistema del cliente, coordinando ambos lados para eficientizar el costo logistico, los toques en las órdenes y mejorar KPIs del area.
- Realizar sugeridos de compra pre SPI, suelen ser dos semanas de compra. Coordinación por flujo, distribuciones para cross docking para todas las tiendas y coordinación con estrategia comercial.
- Abastecer tiendas, forzar mercadería desde el CD del cliente a tiendas, cuando detectemos la necesidad y cuando hay que liquidar productos por discontinuar. Ingresando al sistema del cliente y accionando.
- Ir a las oficinas del cliente dos veces por semana, para mejorar relaciones, encontrar oportunidades y evacuar problemas de manera más eficiente.
- Chequeo y seguimiento de parámetros, mínimos, ventas medias y stocks en tienda. Para la correcta compra y distribucion del cliente. También se corrigen en el sistema del cliente.
- Coordinacion de acciones comerciales, evaluar las posibilidades de abasteciemiento de las referencias potenciadas y en caso de ser necesario presentar alternativas.
- Sugerir cambios de surtido temporales segun formatos, debido a falta de stocks, para mejorar abastecimiento al cliente e indicadores."
- Plan de compra mensual, como distribuirlo y de que manera entregarlo. Para mejorar indicadores y servicio.
- Reuniones semanales de mejora.
- Sugeridos de compra segun oportunidades de stock y estrategia comercial.
- Manejo y control de información sobre las operaciones del cliente
- Planificación actividades desde centro distribución cliente a las tiendas
- Seguimiento y mejora de KPI clientes
- Storecheck mensual para detectar oportunidades en los puntos de venta
- Análisis de OSA, seguimientos, propuestas de mejora, aplicación de herramienta y alarmas
- Liderar acciones para resolver problemas operativos
- Participacion en todos los JBP (Joint Business Plan) y T2T de los clientes
- Búsqueda de eficiencias logísticas y ahorros: Backhaul, análisis de armado de pedidos, métodos de reposición y picking, etc.
- Forecast de ventas, análisis de la demanda del cliente vs nuestra venta y recomienda ajustes de stock.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios Universitarios concluidos en Ingeniería industrial, Comercial, Negocios o carreras afines.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Manejo de Excel.
- Experiência de 1 año en empresas multinacionales de consumo masivo en puestos afines o de administración,
- Deseable experiência en manejo de clientes.
- Deseables conocimientos en DOMO, Power Bi o Data Studio.
- Deseable experiência en el uso de SAP.
