Principalmente deberá ser el nexo entre desarrollo y el cliente

Deberá tener capacidad de tomar decisiones en cuanto a posibles mejoras en aplicaciones

Análisis de incidentes a bajo nível, para poder indicar a desarrollo que corregir

Interacción constante con equipo de desarrollo

Interacción constante con distintas áreas funcionales del cliente

Interacción con distintas áreas de nível 1 y nível 2

Sera el referente técnico al momento de escalar cualquier incidente critico que pueda suceder

Implementaciones de nuevos desarrollos, tanto en el cliente como en laboratorio propio

La experiência que más se valoran para estos puestos:
Desarrollo JAVA, en cualquier de sus plataformas.

Desarrollo en general, en lenguajes última generación

Referente de soporte de incidentes

Consultor Técnico

Arquitecto de Solución

Los skills técnicos:
Conocimiento en desarrollo Java cualquier plataforma

Conocimiento en webServers, Apache Tomcat, JBoss AS o WildFly, etc

Conocimiento en Base de datos, SQLServer, Postgres, Oracle

Framework Hibernate

Conocimiento en sistemas operativos Windows todas sus versiones

Conocimiento en sistemas operativos Linux (alguna distribución, ejemplo OpenSuse, Redhat, etc )

Conocimiento en scripting

Es valorable cualquier lenguaje de desarrollo conocido
