Validate compliance and involvement of all personnel in JC, as well as develop and implement process standards and requirements necessary to achieve product acceptance levels, established by JCA. Develop, implement, improve and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality management system, to increase customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Maintain updated all the manuals, policies, procedures, instructions, formats derived from the implementation of the Integral Management System (IMS). Update and improve the documentation of the IMS in the strategic processes, identified in John Crane. Lead the tasks and audits to maintain the Certification of the IMS. Follow up and guarantee the closure of corrective and preventive actions and / or Findings of the IMS (from Internal / External audits, from Direction Review). Comply with the Annual JCA Audit Plan. Develop skills and competencies of the audit team (give continuous coaching of their performance). Ensure the procedures defined within the IMS are widely disseminated among those responsible for the processes.Prepare and deliver Product Certificates (CMTR, DIN, NACE, Data Book, etc.). Conduct audits of the different processes included in the IMSSelect, train and validate internal auditors. Lead the 8D´s program. Monitor and analysis of corrective actions. Report to JCA management and clients. Develop Quality and Communication Quality Policy CampaignsTrain production personnel on the topics that Quality requires. Manage the performance of KPIs and establish action plans for improvement. Make monthly reports for monitoring. Bring quality at the beginning of the process by providing support from the IMS documentation to strengthen the controls that ensure zero defects in Reception, Manufacturing and Assembly, which helps to reduce the inspection of the product at the end of the process. Report weekly indicators of the area of inspection and reception of materials. Control compliance with the calibration plan of the measuring equipment, ensuring that they are in optimal conditions. Actively participate in projects and initiatives for continuous improvement. Carry out the evaluation and certification of the JCA service suppliers, ensuring the established quality requirementsFollow up on the replacement of non-conforming parts and close them. Make the claim report to suppliers and follow up on the 8D´s and the action plans generated. Manage the indicators of nonconformities of clients, internal and external.Verify and monitor the corrective actions implemented derived from Non-conformities generated by both internal and external customers. Develop, together with machining suppliers, a quality system that allows them to deliver products that meet plant needs. Other required activities related to your position.
