Commercial Support Specialist Consumer Solutions

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaboration with forecasts and sales plans processes.- Follow up customer orders to ensure sales estimates are met; support critical orders /accounts evolution.- Guardian of business figures to support the commercial team; collaborative work with different business units/regions/functions to optimize results.- Active participation in regional meetings providing an overview of the business situation.- Allocation Management: guarantee allocated volumes are covered.- Samples process tracking management.- Responsible for managing new growth projects and ensure full alignment between business stakeholders in order to reduce risks and operational failures at launch.- Participate in business readiness and improvement projects activities.- Follow up and support of all updates on CRM (Customer relationship management).- Collaborate with contracts (distribution/rebate) development, execution and formalization in contract tool.- Analyze and support the implementation of pricing guidelines, support with pricing tool.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Business administration or related fields.- Languages proficiency: English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced).- Advanced Excel and Power BI, SAP Reporting (DSR).- Soft skills: Collaboration, Teamwork, Analytical skills, Clear and effective oral and written communication, Strong initiative and sense of urgency, Problem-solving, Customer Focus, and Organization (ability to deal with multiple priorities).
Preferred qualifications- Intermediate Portuguese.- Prior commercial support/customer service experience.
