If you’re a forecaster and forward-thinker, you can make a huge impact, creating sales strategies across all markets. But, here, your innovation will do more than just improving sales. You’re not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand.

In this position you will work closely with key stakeholders such as Commercial and Finance global teams but also Brand Retail, eCommerce, Customer Care and Digital teams. You will provide Financial, Process and systems expertise to support initiatives which will enable the commercial success of our product portfolio, as well as our Trade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be key contact for the markets to address their new product B2C Finance processes needs.
- Lead Finance and Back end related matters for new products Projects and e-ordering.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of digital front-end capabilities and corresponding back-end functionalities.
- Oversee and advise on solutions design that bridge the gaps between front and back-end solutions
- Design streamlined and standardized new products Finance Process
- Support affiliates with the set-up of new processes and solutions in the B2C domain. Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate related topics between Affiliates, Region, Global and Local Teams.
- Leading group of Subject Matter Experts if applicable

Qualifications:

- Innovative thinker and drive for simplification
- Understand the “traditional” back-end system and operation.
- Ability to work independently and cross functional
- Capable to initiate and manage multiple projects to completion
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate findings into solutions, problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with facility to work with a variety of departments
- Understanding of risk and controls
- Experience working with eCommerce, Brand Retail, Customer Care and Digital Teams is an asset
