Resumen del puesto:
El Program Manager es responsable del desarrollo, planificación y ejecución operativa general de reuniones, conferencias, convenciones, programas de viajes de incentivo y/o eventos especiales para los clientes.
El Program Manager trabaja en múltiples programas simultáneamente y actúa como el punto de contacto diario de planificación para cada cliente respectivo. Además, es responsable de la comunicación diaria con el cliente y de las funciones de planificación del programa, así como de supervisar elementos como el desarrollo de sitios web, la gestión de asistentes y la facturación final del programa.
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
- Manejo y contacto directo con el cliente, invitados, pasajeros, en forma telefónica, email y presencial.
- Contacto con pasajeros a través de la herramienta CVENT, reportes, etc.
- Armado de cotizaciones y reservas aéreas.
- Coordinación, operación y asistencia al equipo.
- Manejo y apoyo con la parte administrativa.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante o graduado de carreras afines al turismo.
- Manejo básico de sistema Cvent.
- Manejo intermedio de Sistema de reserva SABRE.
- Iniciativa y proactividad en las solicitudes de los clientes.
- Capacidad para manejar varias prioridades en simultáneo.
- Manejo de inglés oral y escrito (nivel intermedio, excluyente).
- Buen manejo de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y con gran volumen.
- Manejo de office.
