Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Account Supervisor to join our Digital Appliances Team, who will be in charge of developing, improving, increasing and consolidating the accounts in charge in order to maximize market share, revenue and profit of Air-Conditioning Category. This position will also be responsible for the consolidation of long-term brand position in market through the development of strong sales fundamentals by account.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Set actions, strategies and improvements in order to comply with commercial KPIs. Propose ad-hoc improvements or business alternatives/solutions based on Company and partners' needs. Detect and understand the main variables that affect the performance in each client in order to use them as a variable for analysis and decision.
- Maintain inventory level according to the ones set by the Company. Responsible for the sell out and sell through strategy in order to maximize the market share and accelerate key models' distribution. Incentive plan development and implementation.
- Responsible for bank accounts management of the accounts in charge. Responsible for the correct application of costs and conditions in each purchase order as well as the reparation of sales reports.
- Coordinate trade marketing actions being the nexus between internal and external field force teams. Responsible for the follow up and analysis of the actions deployed and their performance.
Requirements
- Advanced students or graduates of engineering, business administration or related
- 5 years in similar positions
- Advanced-intermediate level of English
