This role plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with SitusAMC employees and management. They serve as a consultant to executives on human resource-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent. This position requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance and culture.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals, ensuring the organization's human resources contribute effectively to overall company performance.
  2. Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert advice and guidance to both employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and implementing development plans to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
  4. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  5. Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, helping to navigate organizational transformations and ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.
  6. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning opportunities that enable employees to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  7. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract, motivate, and retain employees.
  8. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and develop HR policies that promote fairness, equity, and consistency across the organization.
  9. Workforce Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives.

All of the above is done with collaboration with leaders that span across corporate, business, and Global HR Centers of Excellence.

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 15+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a SVP level role or external equivalent.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role. Financial services and/or Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
  4. Experience working with business that have a global footprint is highly desirable.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  6. Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
  8. Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and HR best practices.
  9. Proficiency in Workday and workforce analytics tools is important.
  10. High level of integrity and professionalism.
  11. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  12. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  13. Occasionally travel to other locations as required.
