indie is empowering the automotive revolution with next generation automotive semiconductors and software platforms. We focus on edge sensors spanning multiple modalities including LiDAR, radar, ultrasound and vision for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, connected car, user experience and electrification applications.

The HR & Office Manager will be responsible for both HR and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of indie Argentina. This role requires a blend of HR expertise and office management capabilities, ensuring compliance with local HR policies while providing general office support. You will work closely with the global HR team and local leadership to implement HR strategies, support recruitment, and drive an inclusive culture, while also overseeing office operations, facilities, and team events.

Responsibilities

Human Resources (30-40%)
  • Provide HR business partner support to employees and managers, including performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment for full-time, part-time, contractor, and intern roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in alignment with global HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support compensation processes, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Partner with universities to strengthen indie Semiconductor's employer brand and talent pipeline.
  • Conduct HR-related training and ensure an inclusive work environment.
Office Management & Administrative Support (60-70%)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility needs.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and social gatherings.
  • Oversee local finance, accounting, payroll execution, and expense management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and support audit processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to local leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and office management roles.
  • Strong HR business partner background, preferably in a global or fast-paced organization.
  • Previous experience supporting leadership teams with both HR and administrative functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is desirable.
