About the Role:

As the Assistant to the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing timely and professional follow-up with clients via email.
  2. Accurately and efficiently processing sales orders.
  3. Generating reports from NetSuite to support sales analysis and strategy development.
  4. Maintaining accurate client records and sales activities within HubSpot.
  5. Assisting the Sales Manager with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations.
  6. Providing general administrative support to the sales team.

About you:

  1. English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  6. Ability to work PST business hours (Monday-Friday).
  7. Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
