About the Position

We are looking for a Semi-Senior HR Analyst to join our IT team. This role will manage key HR processes and support talent development, performance management, and personnel administration. The ideal candidate will work closely with leaders and teams to strengthen the organizational culture and enhance the employee experience in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a smooth entry and exit experience for employees.
  2. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance evaluations and follow up on development plans.
  3. People-focused: Be approachable and available to listen to people's concerns, manage their needs, and seek effective solutions.
  4. Personnel Administration: Manage employment documentation, contracts, leaves, internal policies, and reporting.
  5. Work Environment & Organizational Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and employer branding. Manage internal communication through the company's channels to ensure teams are aligned and well-informed.
  6. Benefits Management: Assist in the administration of employee benefits and recognition programs.
  7. Office Assistance: Oversee office supplies, coordinate office logistics, and support daily operational needs to ensure a well-functioning workspace.

Requirements

  1. 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT industry.
  2. Knowledge of personnel administration and labor regulations.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  4. Experience using HR management tools.
  5. Intermediate-advanced English level.
