We're seeking a Semi-Senior HR Analyst to join our IT team. This role will involve managing key HR processes, supporting talent development, performance management, and personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a seamless entry and exit experience for employees.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance evaluations and follow up on development plans.
- People-focused: Be approachable and available to listen to people's concerns, manage their needs, and seek effective solutions.
- Personnel Administration: Manage employment documentation, contracts, leaves, internal policies, and reporting.
- Work Environment & Organizational Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and employer branding.
- Benefits Management: Assist in the administration of employee benefits and recognition programs.
- Office Assistance: Oversee office supplies, coordinate office logistics, and support daily operational needs.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT industry.

- Intermediate-advanced English level.
