OverviewThe Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market share. This role involves identifying potential new clients, understanding their needs, and proposing customized solutions that provide value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and market trends.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsPresent sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territoryProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needsLiaise with Operations and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase salesQualificationsProven work experience as a Sales Account Executive, or similar role (AI/B2B/SaaS experience is a plus)Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-levelProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and MS ExcelBenefitsLanguage Classes: Access to language classes (English, Portuguese, Spanish) to enhance communication skillsOpenAI Premium License: Complimentary access to an OpenAI premium license for personal or professional usePaid Time Off: 25 days/year of paid vacations and holidaysSoft Hybrid Work: We meet 3 days/month in our Co Work offices; the rest of the time you can work remotelyDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: IT Services and IT ConsultingIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
