This role reports to DiDi Latam region Finance BP Head. Required to keep close liaison with DiDi HQ (in China), supporting areas, and local Operations Teams, to give professional financial insights to business growth and efficiency, to help leaders make decisions and manage the business budget. Role Responsibilities Support annual financial budgeting exercise and subsequent budget updates in collaboration with Operations and FP&A; Support the monthly closing and forecasting exercise in collaboration with Operations and FP&A; Control general and administrative (G&A) expenses; analyze the expense structure to ensure spending effectiveness and productivity; Responsible for preparing regular and ad-hoc performance review presentations with the HQ and the Region heads; Respond to queries from DiDi HQ and the Region head and provide heads-up to the Region management; Conduct long and short-term financial analysis/planning to support business strategy and decision making; Validate business case with careful analysis, identify key risks, size impacts, and provide recommendations to drive financial performance and achieve targets; Serve as a supporting focal in liaison with other Finance functions, including but not limited to Accounting, Tax, Treasury / Payables; Support communication on controllership functions, including Legal, Internal Audit, and Business Controls; Enforce business control policies and ensure actions comply with established delegation of authority or approval processes. Role Qualifications +5 years of experience in finance roles. preferably as a Finance Business Partner; University graduate in the domain of Finance, Commerce, or Engineering; A master's degree is a plus; Passionate about technology and innovation; Curiosity and willingness to learn are a must; Possess strong business acumen and the ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers; Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time independently under conditions of uncertainty, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities; Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Google workspace, SQL is a must; Fluent in both spoken and written English.
