El Backend Technical Lead es responsable de coordinar técnicamente al equipo articulando entre Producto y Tecnología. Debe establecer una visión técnica, hacia el logro de los objetivos en la dirección acordada para el negocio. Es el facilitador técnico para el Project Manager y Product Designer, y responsable principal de la calidad técnica de los entregables del squad.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de la ejecución en el proceso de desarrollo de producto: líder del resultado del Sprint, con foco en la agilidad y la mejora contínua. Con foco en el cliente y alineado al negocio.
  • Desarrollo técnico del equipo: Apoyar en el proceso de mejora continua (PDD) de los elementos a su cargo.
  • Participación activa en las reuniones de comunidad.
  • Programar en promedio un 20% del tiempo, incluyendo peer programming: ejecutar algunas historias del sprint, ser parte y dar seguimiento a los PR's y actuar eficazmente en el desbloqueo de los elementos a su cargo
  • Responsable de la calidad del producto a largo plazo: administrar la deuda técnica. Planificar y mantenerla dentro de un estado saludable en pos de los objetivos de corto, mediano y largo plazo.

Requisitos:

  • Contar con 3 o más años de experiencia como Developer y se espera experiencia liderando equipos de Devs.
  • Conocimientos técnicos excluyente: Metodología Agile, JIRA, Cloud.
  • Conocimientos técnicos deseados: NodeJS, MongoDB, AWS, Heroku, Java, ReactJS, Angular, Kubernetes, NewRelic
  • Se requiere habilidades de liderazgo técnico, trabajo en equipo, adaptación al cambio, autonomía y capacidad de resolución. Orientación a resultados. Habilidades de Comunicación. Proactividad. Orientación al Cliente (usuario final).
  • Inglés: intermedio/avanzado
  • Perfil detallista, curioso, y con alto nivel de organización.
  • Modalidad: 1 vez por semana presencial, oficina en Belgrano.
