Estamos buscando un Lead Backend Engineer comprometido para liderar nuestro equipo de ingeniería. Serás responsable no solo de dirigir un equipo de ingenieros de software talentosos, sino también de mentorearlos y fomentar su crecimiento profesional.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Proporcionar liderazgo técnico, orientación y mentoría a ingenieros de nuestro equipo
- Fomentar una cultura de colaboración, aprendizaje continuo y mejora constante de procesos.
- Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de software escalables y resilientes.
- Colaborar estrechamente con stakeholders para definir y ejecutar la hoja de ruta del producto.
- Realizar revisiones de código detalladas y promover las mejores prácticas de ingeniería.
- Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en desarrollo backend.
- Optimizar el rendimiento, la escalabilidad y la seguridad de nuestras aplicaciones backend.
- RequisitosMás de 7 años de experiência en roles de ingeniería backend, con un historial comprobado en liderazgo técnico y desarrollo de equipos.
- Excelente habilidad de mentoría y capacidad para inspirar y motivar.
- Profundo conocimiento de Python y frameworks como FastAPI y SQLAlchemy.
- Experiência en diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas de microservicios y APIs RESTful.
- Sólida comprensión de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Familiaridad con AWS y herramientas de CI/CD (CodePipeline, CodeBuild). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 7 años de experiência en roles de ingeniería backend, con un historial comprobado en liderazgo técnico y desarrollo de equipos.
- Excelente habilidad de mentoría y capacidad para inspirar y motivar.
- Profundo conocimiento de Python y frameworks como FastAPI y SQLAlchemy.
- Experiência en diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas de microservicios y APIs RESTful.
- Sólida comprensión de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Familiaridad con AWS y herramientas de CI/CD (CodePipeline, CodeBuild).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.
