The opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Director to collaborate with the General Manager of Argentina and Uruguay in shaping marketing strategies. In this role, you'll lead budget planning, develop strategic campaigns, conduct market analysis, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and a proven track record in strategy execution.

How you'll spend your day
  • Design tailored marketing strategies for our product portfolio, managing departmental budgets and allocating promotional investments strategically.
  • Implement marketing tactics to drive product growth, spanning diverse promotional campaigns, communication channels, clinical support assets, and participation in scientific forums.
  • Analyze market landscapes, customer behavior, and competition dynamics to guide decision-making and introduce new products or innovative formulations to boost sales.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, enhancing lead generation and conversion pathways.
  • Monitor marketing performance indicators, such as ROI and customer acquisition expenses, providing detailed reports to senior management.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying marketing plans to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques.
  • Background in biosimilars is advantageous.
