What You'll Do:

  • Maintain an indepth understanding of the product and business and assess all tax aspects of new business lines and initiatives in the region.
  • Support in tax advisory on day to day initiatives and new products.
  • Support management in completing special tax projects, adhoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility.
  • Provide insights to core business teams on tax impacts
  • Keep a tight loop between tax and business team with data for decision
  • Keep track of new products or initiatives from your subregions and alignment with regional leadership

What You'll Need:

- +3 years of experience in Big 4 or law firm experience strongly preferred with in-house background, ideally in Fortune 500, US based corporation

  • Project management abilities, working with team members around Latin America to drive home projects.
  • You're bilingual in data and storytelling, and know how to translate technical analysis into a human narrative
  • Data is your bottom line; you use business judgement and experimentation to measure the impact of taxes to our growth and profitability
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantlychanging work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting or similar
  • Strong international tax operations knowledge and familiarity of tax issues for a multinational company operating globally
  • Strong organizational, technical, analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
