Buscamos para nuestro HQ en Buenos Aires un/a
CRM Marketing Specialist - HubSpot.

Sus principales tareas serán:

Desarrollar flujos de trabajo de automatización de marketing en HubSpot para segmentar, nutrir y calificar leads.**:


  • Planear e implementar flujos de automatización en los pipelines de ventas con el objetivo de optimizar los procesos internos.**:

Supervisar y limpiar los datos de los Contactos, Empresas y Negocios.**:


  • Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas de marketing en HubSpot, analizar datos y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.**:

Crear y mantener informes de marketing en HubSpot para medir el éxito de las campañas y presentar recomendaciones a la gerencia.**:


  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para asegurar que los leads estén siendo nutridos y pasados a los vendedores cuando estén listos para la venta.**:

Colaborar con otros departamentos, como BI, Finanzas, Sales, AdOps y diseño para optimizar la experiência del usuario.**:


  • Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías de marketing en HubSpot y otras herramientas para asegurar que la empresa esté utilizando las mejores prácticas en el campo del marketing digital.**
    Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprobada en HubSpot, incluyendo la creación y gestión de campañas de marketing y automatización de marketing

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español (portugués es un plus)**:


  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderar proyectos de marketing en colaboración con otros departamentos de la empresa.****

  • Conocimientos básicos de integraciones de softwares compatibles con HubSpot (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, TypeForm entre otros)
