Engages with ICRM product and function coverage teams to develop and apply CRM program solutions meeting business needs.



Responsibilities:
  • Participating in the development of Compliance programs for ICRM.
  • Analyzing comparative data and preparing reports on compliance risk assessments.
  • Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigating and responding to compliance risk issues.
  • Monitoring adherence to Compliance Risk Policies.
  • Preparing Compliance program materials.
  • Keeping updated on regulatory changes and internal policy changes.
  • Operating with independence and judgment.
  • Acting as SME to stakeholders.
  • Assessing risk in business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be self-starter, flexible, and innovative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and capable of handling multiple projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Area of focus knowledge.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree; experience in compliance, legal, or control-related function; Advanced degree preferred.
