Join Our Team as a Compliance and Risk Advisor

We are in search of a skilled and committed Compliance and Risk Advisor to become a vital part of Panda Blue under the umbrella of Eron International. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations align with rigorous risk management and regulatory compliance standards pertinent to payment processing in the adult industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive compliance policies for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.
  • Regularly oversee processes to guarantee compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
  • Compile and deliver periodic reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding and monitoring processes.
  • Assess internal processes and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and compliance.
  • Draft, revise, and disseminate compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments for various cities and jurisdictions where Panda Blue operates.
  • Develop or refine risk matrices for diverse processes.
  • Educate employees on best practices in compliance and risk management.
  • Ensure the effective execution of all policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate platforms' Know Your Business (KYB) processes.
  • Outline project roadmaps and prioritize initiatives for development.
  • Conduct analyses and investigations as required.
  • Engage directly with our merchants to gain a deep understanding of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in high-risk sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
