We are looking for individuals with strong experience in facilitating multidisciplinary teams.

What We Expect from the Position

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to coordinate efforts, prioritize, and estimate initiatives.
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentoring to autonomous teams focused on technical excellence and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts: Foster a collaborative mindset among team members from different teams to carry out a common initiative.
  • Establish high-level action plans and ensure their fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and product owners in co-creating, prioritizing, and estimating initiatives from inception to implementation.
  • Act as a mediator in pressure and conflict situations: facilitate dialogue and understanding when one or more teams cannot reach agreements. The focus should be on removing impediments and focusing on achieving the goal.
  • Be comfortable in situations of uncertainty. A flexible and adaptive mindset is necessary for an agile and changing environment.
  • Promote the search for simple, quality, and easily scalable solutions.
