What You Will Do:

  • Closely partners with all listed stakeholders to orchestrate adequate knowledge transfer through different phases of the projects
  • Connects stakeholders to accomplish project plan.
  • Trains onboarding SME/analysts and set expectations according to knowledge transfer plan
  • Partners with Subject Matters Experts (SME) to identify key considerations affecting / related to the project and/or designed solution proposal, conducts testing to adjust as needed.
  • Partners with Process Documentation consultant to translate needs and outcomes of the project.
  • Collaborates during Hypercare Period partnering in a regular base.
  • Proactively manages potential deviations from original plan, mapping different actions.
  • Regularly gives Project Management feedback according to SMEs and adjust project documentation.
  • Supports the designs and conduction of Change Management Plan as needed.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance
  • Advanced level of written and spoken Business English
  • 5 years experienced in Finance related jobs
  • 2 years experience Leading Projects in Finance
  • Ability to work independently and a selfstarter
  • SAP Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail, with sensitivity to deadlines
  • Result oriented, proactive, and possess a high level of integrity
  • Flexible, teamoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
