We are seeking a P&C Executive to support the cultural transformation process that the Operation in PMI is going through (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, PPMD, Quality Assurance, etc.).
It will be part of your scope to deploy key P&C processes that are aligned to regional, local and functional requirements, as well as advising and influencing our clients in all matters related to P&C.
You are going to provide the change management expertise in order to contribute and build competitive advantage through people, ensuring that strategic objectives are met or exceeded.
Main responsibilities are:
Contribute to the design & deployment of P&C strategies for Operations BU in South Cluster:
- Support the deployment of the cultural manufacturing transformation strategy partnering with all key Stakeholders;
- Responsible for monitoring talent acquisition processes and manage those outsourced search processes for temporary personnel related to manufacturing planning requirements.
- Responsible for the deployment of the Onboarding process for new joiners.
- Give administrative support in all Talent & Performance Management processes. As well as the standardize process for Performance Management for unionized employees working with LLRR.
- Assists to the deployment & implementation of all Internal Communication Campaigns inside the facility.
- Responsible for P&C Ops KPI reporting.
- Assists on the implementation of all PE initiatives, Engagement & Benefits implementation for Ops BU, being in constant contact with our CoEs;
- Take part in other relevant P&C Wellbeing and I&D initiatives & projects.
- Act as "P&C on the floor" for manufacturing Site, participating in EHS initiatives.
- Human Resources, Management and Administration graduate;
- At least 3 years' experience in P&C function, either as HRBP or in a specialist role; preferably in roles supporting manufacturing on site.
- Experience in supporting Plant Integrated Work Systems (IOS), Change Management and knowledge in Continuous Improvement will be highly valued.
- Strong customer and resultsoriented skills;
- Ability to actively network and establish effective working relationships;
- Capability to effectively communicate with individuals across multiple levels of an organization;
- Resilience and downtoearth profile;
- Collaboration and team work;
- Sound discretion at dealing with sensitive materials and confidential information;
- Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal);
- Computer skills, including SAP and MS Office.
