We are BetWarrior.We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive who will help us provide excellent support for our players.What you can expect from us and your role:
  • Ownership of providing top customer support to our demanding customer base
  • Responsibility for daily issues in systems, sites, hardware, procedures, campaigns, and products
  • Interact with, provide feedback to, and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with operational teams like Fraud & Risk, Responsible Gaming, and Marketing
  • Implement improvements to Customer Care operations
  • Assistance with tasks and projects for customer support and responsible gaming
  • Meet quality and quantity KPIs
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of campaigns, promotions, and product offering
  • Grow within a rapidly developing company
  • Reflect a dynamic organization through hands-on operations and strategic development
What we expect from you:

  • Motivation and flexibility towards working hours
  • Knowledge of the online gaming market
  • Fluent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
  • Native Latin American Spanish
  • Team player with the ability to meet targets
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Care operations
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • Relevant academic degree or qualification
