Business Opportunity Manager (BOM)

Join our team as a Business Opportunity Manager (BOM) where you play a key role in driving sales success by enhancing win rates and shortening sales cycles.

Responsibilities
  • DATA MAINTENANCE. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in Sales CRM.
  • DEAL MONITORING. Constantly monitor deals to keep them on track.
  • COLLABORATION WITH SALESPEOPLE. Support Sales Representatives and maintain organization.
  • DEAL FACILITATION & NURTURING. Facilitate deals and keep stakeholders engaged.
  • REPORTING. Conduct weekly sales pipeline review calls.
Requirements
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Prior Sales experience in roles like SDR, BDR, Project Manager, or Customer Account Manager.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Sales CRMs, Asana, Excel.
  • Comfortable dealing with C-level contacts.
