Main responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the education and LMS industry or elearning platforms, including features, capabilities, and implementation.
  • Provide technical consultations to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored Open edX solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and provide relevant solutions.
  • Respond to technical queries for a positive client experience.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Translate technical features into business benefits, demonstrating the value of Open edX.
  • Align technical solutions with client needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a presales or technical sales role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the softwareedtech industry.
  • Conversational English level (B2+).
  • Proficiency in CRM, Office, Gsuite, Virtual Meeting Tools, Project Management Tools
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Open edX, LMS platforms, and Cloud Computing.
